Eva Wang

Eva (Jen Yu) Wang is a finance professional with 10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, and investor relations across Asia and the U.S. They co-led Taiwan’s first large-cap biotech IPO while at KGI Securities and successfully executed an 8-month M&A deal at Horangi Cyber Security, leading to the company's acquisition by Bitdefender. Currently, Eva holds a position in Corporate Development at Bitdefender, managing cross-team integrations. Eva earned an MBA with a focus on Finance and Information Systems from the Zicklin School of Business, along with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from National Taiwan University.
