Ray Tay has held various leadership roles across multiple industries, demonstrating a strong background in cybersecurity, talent acquisition, and military operations. Currently serving as Country Manager for Bitdefender in Singapore, Ray spearheads strategic and operational growth while focusing on client relations and cybersecurity solutions. Prior experience includes positions as General Manager at Horangi Cyber Security, where Ray developed growth strategies and fostered client relationships, and as Director of Talent Acquisition at Achieve Group, managing recruitment processes. Military experience includes several command and instructional roles as an Artillery Officer with the Singapore Armed Forces. Additionally, Ray co-founded MLBB and held senior leadership positions in organizations like Gartner, Michael Page, and SHS Engineering.
