Stefan Boanghena

Stefan Boanghena is an experienced sales management professional with a strong background in renewals and retention within the tech industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Renewals & Retention for EMEA at Bitdefender since June 2017, Stefan leads a team of 13 sales representatives focused on meeting established quotas and executing strategic operating plans. Previously, Stefan held various roles at Bitdefender, including Partner Sales & Support Manager and Lead Development Manager, overseeing SMB sales and lead generation teams. Prior experience includes serving as Support Sales Manager at Oracle, where Stefan managed a team responsible for a significant sales quota, and as a Customer Service Representative at Nobel, Ltd. Stefan holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing/PR from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a Marketing Major from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University in Iaşi.
