Stephen Lewis is an accomplished professional in the field of cybersecurity and systems administration with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the SOC Automation Engineering Manager and Architect at Bitdefender since November 2019, Stephen manages AWS-based infrastructure and oversees operations of a third-party SOAR platform. Prior to this, Stephen worked at Rackspace from July 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included providing security solutions compliant with PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SWIFT standards, as well as managing Linux systems. Earlier career positions included technology support roles at Northeast Independent School District and Apple, where Stephen focused on customer support and hardware/software troubleshooting, along with operational leadership at Best Buy within the Geek Squad. Stephen continues education at San Antonio College since 2003.
