Wayne Ramirez

Wayne Ramirez is a seasoned professional in the cyber security and customer success domains, currently serving as a Senior Cyber Security Account Manager at Bitdefender since February 2022. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Rapid7, where responsibilities included fostering long-term customer relationships and driving the adoption of security solutions. With extensive experience at Rackspace, Wayne initially worked as a Senior Account Manager for Application Services and spent five years as an Account Manager, enhancing customer service and support strategies.
