BITE-CON Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is a beacon in the digital era, committed to bridging the technological divide. We aim to immerse, educate, and introduce Black and Brown communities to groundbreaking technologies, ensuring no individual is left behind in the digital evolution. With our annual BITE-CON Conference, nationwide pop-up events, and community-based STEAM and esports activities, we engage and inspire, fostering dialogue about the transformative power of technology. Our focus extends beyond fostering enthusiasts; we cultivate technologists. Through comprehensive workshops and coding school scholarships, we equip community members with marketable tech skills, demystifying the industry, and making it accessible to all. Our ambitious goal is to impact a pipeline of 1,000,000 BIPOC and women technologists over the next five years through strategic partnerships, workforce development and thought leadership, fostering a tech world reflective of our diverse society.
