Senior Vice President Customer Experience at Bite

Lea Roberts began their career in 1999 at Chili's as Customer Service Staff, then moving up to Assistant Manager and Managing Partner. In 2017, they joined HotSchedules, Now Powered by Fourth, in the roles of Functional Consultant - Professional Services, Associate Functional Consultant - Professional Services, Implementation and Training Program Manager, and Implementation Specialist. In 2020, they were appointed Vice President Client Services at Bite.

Lea Roberts attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications.
