Pelin Kuş

Pelin Kuş is currently the Training and Simulation Director at BİTES, where they oversee multiple training and simulation projects, focusing on business development and customer management. Previously, Pelin held various leadership roles at Havelsan, including Project Manager and Aircraft Programs Manager, where they managed large-scale simulator projects such as the F16SIM program. Pelin earned an MBA from the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Bilkent University. Known for sharp organizational and analytical skills, Pelin exhibits a strong passion for success and creative problem-solving.
