Ohad Oberstein

Ohad Oberstein has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ohad began their career in 2009 as a Software Developer at a private company, where they worked on developing a data mining system using the .Net framework. Ohad also worked on research tasks and proof-of-concepts in specialized teams. In 2012, Ohad took on the role of R&D Team Leader at the same company, leading a team of software developers and QA engineers in developing an E2E platform for intelligence research. Ohad was also responsible for the advanced professional training program.

In 2014, Ohad joined Palo Alto Networks as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked as a full-stack developer on the server-side team. Ohad refactored the entire server-side using Node.js and migrated the architecture from an "on premise" system to a large-scale cloud-based system on AWS.

In 2018, Ohad became a part of Versatile as an R&D Manager. Ohad contributed to the creation of the CraneView™ device, which provides construction professionals with insights into jobsite challenges.

Most recently, Ohad joined Bites in 2022 as the VP of R&D. Bites is a startup company that has developed a mobile platform for creating and managing digital bitesize learning units.

Ohad Oberstein completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Mathematics at the Holon Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Ohad then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2015 and 2018.
