Tom Allerton

Tom Allerton is a highly experienced finance professional with a focus on the food and beverage, hospitality, FMCG, and events industries. Currently serving as Director at Bitesize Consulting since April 2018, Tom specializes in outsourced finance teams, management reporting, and long-term forecasting. Prior to this role, Tom was Group Finance Director and Managing Director at Deliciously Ella, where significant revenue and profit improvements were achieved.
