Tanul Sharma has worked for three companies: BiteSpeed, Zomato, and Teach For India. At BiteSpeed, they served as a Customer Success in the Founder's Office since 2021. At Zomato, they worked from 2017 to 2021, beginning as an Associate-Operations, then becoming a Senior Associate-Operations, a Team Lead-Operations, and finally a Team Lead-Travel Operations. During their tenure at Zomato, Tanul identified gaps in the process and helped streamline it, conducted day-to-day project coordination, planning, and implementation across multiple teams, optimized processes and costs, managed a team of 30-35 associates, conducted regular meetings and one-on-one discussions to mentor team members, and conducted trainings to ensure high quality and efficiency. Finally, Tanul volunteered at Teach For India from 2016 to 2017.

Tanul Sharma is currently pursuing an Advanced Operations Management and Analytics program at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Previously, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Hons. in Mathematics from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College from 2013 to 2016. In 2021, they obtained certifications from upGrad in Introduction to Database Design with MySQL, Getting Started with Excel- Basics & Advanced, and Introduction to Data Analysis Using Excel.
