Arjun Wara

Arjun Wara is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in various roles within the medical field. Currently a Healthcare Leadership Academy Scholar at The Healthcare Leadership Academy since August 2022, Arjun also serves as a Lecturer in Simulation and Immersive Technologies at the University of East London, teaching on the MSc course in Physician Associate studies. Previously, Arjun held positions as a Lead Ambassador at BiteMedicine and worked as a Locum Physician Associate at Locum PA Ltd, primarily in Covid vaccination and Out of Hours GP services. Arjun has contributed to healthcare as a General Medicine Physician Associate at Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Trust and a Frailty Physician Associate at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Other roles include A&E and Oncology Physician Associate positions and experience as a healthcare assistant in both intensive care and general settings. Arjun holds a Postgraduate diploma in Physician Associate Studies and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences, both from St George's, University of London.
