Camilo Gay

Camilo Gay has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and psychology. Camilo is currently serving as the Chief of People at Bitex, where they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a People Performance Coach at the same company from March 2021 to October 2021. Before joining Bitex, Camilo worked as a Sr. HRBP at Grupo MSH S.A. from March 2018 to August 2021. Camilo also worked as a Consultor Sr. at Sherpas HR from January 2018 to October 2021. From 2016 to 2021, Camilo worked as an Associate Consultant at Korn Ferry Hay Group. Camilo had previously served as an Asesor Psicológico at Colegio San Esteban from May 2016 to March 2021. Before that, they worked as an Asesor Psicológico at Colegio Cardenal Newman from August 2009 to December 2016. Camilo also has experience as an Asesor de Dirección at Colegio Northlands from February 2011 to February 2014, and as a Perito Psicológico at Arzobistado de Buenos Aires from February 2008 to February 2011. Additionally, they have a private practice called "Consultorio Particular" where they have been providing psychological assistance since 2006.

Camilo Gay has a comprehensive and diverse education history. Camilo began their educational journey in 2001 at the Universidad del Salvador, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Camilo completed this degree in 2005.

In 2006, Camilo further specialized in Clinical Psychology at the Fundación Arche, where they obtained a specialization degree in this field of study. Camilo'sstudies at Fundación Arche lasted until 2010, marking a significant period of their educational growth.

Lastly, in 2016, Camilo returned to the Universidad del Salvador to pursue a degree in Education, specifically in the field of Psychology. Camilo completed this program in 2017, earning the title of "Profesor en Psicología."
