Rik de Jong is the Managing Director at Bitfactory, a creative software development bureau. Previously, Rik was the Co-Founder & Product Owner at realtech, where he focused on simplifying and improving the selling of new construction projects. Before that, he worked as a Data-analyst & Webmaster at Helm & Heus Makelaars, where he researched data needs and optimized websites. Rik also has experience in organizing events at BÁZ Events and completed internships at Axians NL and Incentro, focusing on business process management and business intelligence. He studied Business IT & Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
