James Bond is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in cloud computing, high-performance computing (HPC), and artificial intelligence (AI). Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bitfarms since April 2025, Bond previously held significant roles, including HPC/AI Category & GTM Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities involved managing teams and developing go-to-market strategies for HPC and AI solutions. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President of Product & Development at Apptix, where Bond led the transformation into a hosted cloud service provider, and as Chief Technology Officer at IceWEB, where Bond created one of the industry's first automated software-as-a-service offerings. Bond's foundational experience includes leadership roles in consulting, systems engineering, and network architecture. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland.
