Mylène Lussier

Mylène Lussier is an experienced site manager currently overseeing operations at Bitfarms since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mylène served as the maintenance director at Cargill from October 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included planning industrial maintenance work, supervising mechanical and electrical teams, and managing projects and budgets. At Produits forestiers Résolu, Mylène held several positions from June 2016 to October 2020, including assistant superintendent for pulp production and quality and technical services supervisor, focusing on production operations, maintenance tracking, quality optimization, and team supervision. Earlier career experiences include internships at Aluminerie Alouette and Solmax, where Mylène gained expertise in process control and product development. Mylène holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and furthered education with engineering management courses at Université de Sherbrooke.
