Matthew Graham

Matthew Graham has accumulated diverse experience in customer service and team management across several roles. Currently serving as the Market Operations and Live Support Team Leader at Bitfinex since July 2022, Matthew previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Sitel in 2021. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Treasurer for both the UWE Motorsports Club and the UWE Esports Society, enhancing teamwork and organizational skills. Early career roles include Trade Assistant positions at Sainsbury's, where Matthew developed customer service acumen, and Sales Assistant roles at Wyatts Garden Center & Farmshop and Retro Sign Company, focusing on sales and customer engagement. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in International Business from the University of the West of England and a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Stratford-upon-Avon College.
