Massimo Giacona has experience working as a Broadcast Technician at BitFire, where Massimo is responsible for quality control in the Network Operations Center. Prior to this, Massimo worked as a Marketing Manager at Ithacappella, handling advertising and media creation for events. In addition, Massimo also worked as an Audio Visual Technician at Ithaca College, providing technical support for equipment on campus. Massimo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio and Television from Ithaca College.
