Amanda Flores has worked in various roles in the social services industry since 2010. Amanda began their career as a Home Support Liaison at the San Antonio Independent School District in 2010. In 2012, they joined Haven for Hope as an HMIS Project Coordinator/Trainer and Family Intake Specialist. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Project Manager at Bitfocus, a technology company that creates solutions to social challenges. At Bitfocus, they work with technology and public policy professionals to transform systems of care through software and professional services.

Amanda Flores received their Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling-Community and Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-San Antonio in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2011.
