Arthur E. Warmoth has worked in the social services field since 2001. Arthur E. began their career as a Case Manager at Community Psychiatric Clinics, where they provided outpatient and residential case management for adult clients and organized care services with Medicaid, Social Security Administration, chemical dependency treatment programs and local hospitals. In 2004, they moved to Conard House, Inc. as a Case Manager, providing enhanced money management for up to 50 vulnerable or homeless clients and coordinating with multiple non-profit healthcare providers. In 2010, they joined Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) as an HMIS Technical Administrator and Supportive Services Case Manager, coordinating with residents and their care networks, developing projects and events to enhance quality of life, and maintaining updated information tools for residents accessing community resources. Finally, in 2018, they joined Bitfocus as a Technical Support Analyst, creating technology that advances solutions to social challenges.

Arthur E. Warmoth received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Western Washington University's Fairhaven College of Liberal Arts between 1996 and 1998. Prior to this, they attended Sonoma State University's Hutchins School of Liberal Arts from 1992 to 1994.
