Holly Aversano has a diverse work experience. Holly began their career in 2011 as the Director of Outreach and Entertainment Chairperson for Ally Outreach Council UGA. In 2012, they were a Case Manager for ICM Food & Clothing Bank. From 2013 to 2021, they worked for Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco in various roles, including Associate Director of Navigation Services, Senior Program Manager of Adult Coordinated Entry, Manager of Problem Solving Services, Associate Program Manager of Coordinated Entry, and Coordinated Entry Specialist. In 2021, they took on two roles: Housing Placement Analyst for the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management and SIP Rehousing Referral & Placement Lead for the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. Finally, in 2022, they became a Senior Project Administrator for Bitfocus.

Holly Aversano obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Georgia in 2011. In 2012, they received a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Georgia.
