Kelsey M. began their career in 2019 as a Case Manager at Downtown Streets Team in San Jose, CA. In this role, they wrote daily posts on Facebook and Instagram using Photoshop, Adobe Spark, and Lightroom, while also interacting online with nonprofits and partners to gain organizational exposure and support. In 2021, Kelsey moved on to become a Victim Advocate at the County of Santa Clara. Finally, in 2022, Kelsey joined Bitfocus as a Community Project Administrator. At Bitfocus, they help to create technology that advances solutions to social challenges, specifically through their software, Clarity Human Services.
Kelsey M. started their educational journey at Foothill College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Sociology from 2013 to 2015. Kelsey then continued their studies at UC Irvine, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2018.
