Project Manager, Professional Services at Bitfocus

Tina E. began their career in 2010 as a Human Resources Officer for the U.S. Army, where they were responsible for the daily operations of an HR team of 5 people. In 2016, they moved to Families In Crisis, Inc. as the Veteran Housing Program Manager, where they implemented and maintained the day-to-day operations of numerous rapid re-housing and homeless prevention programs. In 2020, Tina E. became the Director of Gwinnett Coordinated Entry for HomeFirst Gwinnett, where they planned, developed, and implemented the Gwinnett County Coordinated Entry System. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Bitfocus as the Project Manager of Professional Services, where they work to create technology that advances solutions to social challenges.

Tina E. attended Penn State University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Master of Public Administration - MPA in Public Administration. Prior to that, they attended Auburn University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English. Tina also received a Certificate from the Human Resource Standards Institute in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management.
