Melissa Low

Melissa Low has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Melissa is currently working at Flowdesk as a Business Development Manager (APAC) since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BitGo as an Institutional & Platform Sales (APAC) starting in May 2022. Melissa also has experience at Standard Chartered Bank as a CCIB Global Banking Associate (Financial Institutions) from April 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Standard Chartered Bank, Melissa was associated with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, where they held the position of Relationship Manager (Investments, sell side) from March 2018 to April 2019, and as a PB & Investments, ARM (Investments) from January 2017 to March 2018.

Melissa's earlier career includes an internship at Sea, where they worked as a part-time/freelance Shopee Division Intern from September 2016 to December 2016, and as a full-time Shopee Division Intern from July 2016 to August 2016. Melissa also interned at DZ BANK AG as a Compliance Intern (Corporates & FI) from October 2015 to December 2015, and at Citi as a Corporate & Investment Banking Intern (ICG, GSG) from July 2015 to September 2015.

Melissa'sfirst internship experience was at BD, where they worked as a Financial Analyst Intern (FP&A) from May 2015 to July 2015. Overall, Melissa's work experience showcases their versatility and ability to adapt to different roles and industries.

Melissa Low attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy, BAcc (Hons) degree. In 2016, they also participated in Winter Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), but did not complete a specific degree during that time. Prior to their university studies, from 2011 to 2012, Melissa attended Hwa Chong Institution and completed their Junior College - GCE A Level.
