Stephanie Mao's work experience begins in 2012 as an Android Developer Intern for Sunshine Library, where they designed and implemented learning applications for elementary school students. In 2013, they interned as an Android Developer at Paystik, where they rewrote the application and updated it to support multiple credit card payments. Stephanie also worked as an Associate Engineer Intern at Comcast in 2014, assisting with network automation and code upgrades. In 2015, they became a Hardware Engineer at NetApp, where they planned and executed tests and provided documentation support. From 2016 to 2017, Stephanie worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, assisting students with lab work and grading assignments. Stephanie then joined Microsoft as a Test Engineer in 2018 before transitioning to TechSmart Inc. as an Operations Manager and Coding Instructor. Stephanie is currently working as a Customer Experience Program Manager at BitGo.
Stephanie Mao completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, which they completed from 2016 to 2017.
