Mobai Li is a Global Mining Director at Bitmain with a PhD in Intercultural Management and is a Fetzer Scholar at the Journal Academy of Management. With extensive expertise in Human Resources Strategy, organizational management, and cultural synergy, Mobai has held various leadership roles, including Directeur RH at ALORSFAN and Co-founder of Changchun WeLaunch Network Tech Limited.
