Paul Tian has a diverse work experience in various companies. Paul started their career as a Market Development Manager at Jereh Group from January 2012 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for business development in oil and gas engineering projects, managing relationships with project owners, suppliers, sub-contractors, and partners. Paul also participated in bidding processes and coordinated technical and commercial proposals.
From November 2016 to May 2020, Paul worked as an Account Manager at Huawei, specifically for the Ukrainian telecommunication company Kyivstar. Paul'sresponsibilities included client relationship management, customer care, marketing, business development, and sales activities.

Paul Tian completed their Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature at the University of Foreign Languages, PLA from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Cognitive and Psychological Linguistics with a focus on Russian Language and Literature from 2009 to 2011 at the same institution.
