Zuo L. is a DTCO manager with four years of experience in managing DTCO and correlated technical activities. They possess a solid understanding of advanced process technologies and chip/IP/standard cell designs, showcasing strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and technical management. Zuo has held various roles in companies such as Bitmain, where they served as the General Manager of Hash Innovation, and SMIC, where they were a Device Engineer and technical leader in advanced device technologies. They hold a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southampton, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics from Tsinghua University.
