Tosin Ogunfowote

Tosin Ogunfowote has a diverse work experience, having worked in various roles since 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Community Organizer for WordPress and as a Web Developer for IFEvation Hub. In 2019, they worked as the CTO and Web Developer for SeekHostel, where they were responsible for frontend development of the website and deploying both frontend and backend applications on AWS. In 2020, they worked as a Frontend Developer for Hendray Finvest, a Software Engineer for Libryo, a Frontend Engineer for AirSynQ IO, and a Web Developer for FortyFive Degrees Media. In 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer for Nomad Bank, and in 2022 they worked as a Frontend Engineer for both Bitmama and Wewire Africa. At Bitmama, they worked on the Changera product customer and admin dashboard, and built Bitmama's and Changera's website (landing page) from a Figma design. At Wewire Africa, they spearheaded the UI implementations from a Figma design and utilized cutting-edge processes and technologies to build a scalable, distributed fault-tolerant web-based application.

Tosin Ogunfowote's education history includes a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Obafemi Awolowo University from 2017-2022, a Nano Degree in Web and Software Development from Udacity since 2016, and a Web Development Certificate in Computer Science from edX from 2016-2017. Tosin also has additional certifications from the Andela Learning Community, CSCON '19, Udacity NanoDegree, and WordPress Meetup Organizer.
