Fan Lee

Fan Lee is the current head of investor relations at BitMart. Prior to that, they were a venture partner at Republic, where they made investments in companies like Ripple, Addepar, DecaWave, Vesper, TrustToken, Beautylish, Joy, Meritize, and Good Money. Before Republic, Lee was the CFO at GrubMarket Inc., an online grocery delivery service, from 2018 to 2020. During their time at GrubMarket Inc., Lee also served as an advisor to various technology startups. Before GrubMarket Inc., Lee was a Senior Vice President at ZZ Ventures, where they made investments in companies like Ripple, Addepar, DecaWave, Vesper, Republic, TrustToken, Beautylish, Joy, Meritize, and Good Money. Prior to ZZ Ventures, Lee worked as a vice president in Technology Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch from 2014 to 2017. Before Merrill Lynch, Lee worked as a mergers & acquisitions associate at Evercore from 2011 to 2014 and as an investment banking senior analyst at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2009. Lee began their career as a fixed income analyst at Shinsei Bank in 2005.

Fan Lee has an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from The Wharton School, a BS in Economics and Biology from Duke University, and certification from FINRA in Series 63 and 79.

Fan Lee reports to Sheldon Xia, Founder. They are on a team with Eric Bai - Cipholio, Jessica Yang - COO, and Kaimin hu - CBO.
