Lee Fan

Lee Fan has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. In 2018, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at GrubMarket Inc. until 2020. In the same year, they also became the Chief Investment Officer at Trepont Acquisition Corp, a role they held until 2021. Lee then joined Republic as a Venture Partner in 2020, and in the same year, they became an Advisor at UpHonest Capital until 2022. In 2021, Lee took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer at BitMart, and they also became a Partner at Cipholio Ventures. In 2022, Lee joined Intellabridge Technology Corp as a Board Member. Lee then became a Venture Partner at Catchlight Capital Partners in 2023. Finally, Lee has also served as a Board Member at Koning Corporation and as a Founding Partner at Hunter Pacific Fund since 2021 and 2018, respectively.

Lee Fan completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Biology from Duke University between the years 2003 and 2006. Then, from 2009 to 2011, Lee pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Wharton School, specializing in Strategic Management and Finance. In addition to these degrees, Lee also holds certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from FINRA, but the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications were not provided.
