Ivan Chak

Ivan Chak is a Senior Trading Engineer at BitMEX since August 2021, where responsibilities include implementing trading systems, backtesting strategies, and conducting performance analytics. Prior to this role, Ivan served as a Research Associate at City University of Hong Kong and held a position as Assistant Business Analytics Manager at Hang Seng Bank, where skills in business analytics and algorithmic trading were developed. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at CASH Algo Finance Group, focusing on machine learning models and risk management. Ivan holds an MPhil in Systems Engineering and a BS in Mathematics and Information Engineering, both from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
