Pete Wilkinson

Pete Wilkinson has extensive work experience in the legal field. Pete started their career at Jones Day in 2005 as an Associate, where they specialized in advising clients in the oil and gas industry on strategic investments, financing, dispositions and acquisitions, and other energy-related transactions. Pete then joined Prudential Corporation Asia in 2017 as a Regional Legal Counsel until 2019. Currently, Pete is working at BitMEX, initially as a Senior Legal Counsel from December 2019 to September 2021, and now as the Head of Legal starting from September 2021.

Pete Wilkinson pursued their undergraduate studies from 1999 to 2003 at the University of St Andrews. There, they completed a degree in History, earning an MA (hons) qualification. Following this, Pete attended OXILP from 2003 to 2005, where they focused on the field of Law, although the specific degree attained is not mentioned.
