Sam Sandiford

Sam Sandiford's work experience includes positions at BitMEX and Standard Chartered Bank. At BitMEX, Sam served as the Head of Product starting in April 2019. At Standard Chartered Bank, Sam held various roles, including Executive Director of Structuring from 2013 to 2018, Director of Africa Structuring from 2011 to 2013, Director of Rates Structuring from 2008 to 2011, Exotics & Hybrids Trader from 2007 to 2008, and Associate Director from 2005 to 2007. During their time at Standard Chartered Bank, Sam achieved notable accomplishments such as growing rates revenues, expanding derivatives sales, and developing product knowledge and training programs for sales teams and clients. Prior to joining Standard Chartered Bank, Sam started their career as a Management Trainee at the same company from 2002 to 2004.

Sam Sandiford attended Eton College from 1992 to 1997. Sam then pursued higher education at the University of Oxford from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in MPhys specializing in Physics.
