Sylvia Pung

Sylvia Pung has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sylvia currently holds the position of Head of Business Management at BitMEX, where they assist the CFO in managing finance, corporate development, and risk functions. Sylvia also supports the C-suite in strategic initiatives, restructuring efforts, and post-merger integration planning. Prior to that, Sylvia worked as an Associate Director at Yuanta Securities Asia Financial Services Limited, where they formulated business and product strategies and project-managed initiatives. Sylvia also served as Vice President at Palimpsest Partners, working on acquisitions in Southeast Asia. Additionally, Sylvia has experience at Maybank Kim Eng, where they conducted market research, developed business plans, and managed construction projects.

Sylvia Pung pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the University of Melbourne where they obtained a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours). Following this, they enrolled at Monash University from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a Master's degree in Banking and Finance.
