Marcell Csendes

Marcell Csendes has had a long and varied career in the tech industry. In 2014, they began working at Hostinger International as a Customer Service Specialist, where they increased customer satisfaction to 95% and wrote professional response letters as part of the English team. In 2015, they founded BroHosting, managing products, conducting marketing research, and providing customer and sales support. In 2020, they began working at A2 Hosting as a Support Specialist, performing generic and advanced troubleshooting of WordPress or any other website engines, assisting with DNS or any domain related issues, and analyzing data from log files and UNIX based applications to locate the source of issues. Also in 2020, they completed military service for Magyar Honvédség. Currently, they are employed at BitNinja Security, where they serve as both an Engagement Manager and a Customer Success Manager.

Marcell Csendes graduated from MIGSZKI és Kanizsai Dorottya Egészségügyi Tagintézmény in 2014. Marcell has also obtained a number of certifications since then, including Assertive Communication in Business from LABA Hungary in September 2022, cPanel & WHM Administrator Certification (CWA) from cPanel in November 2020, cPanel & WHM System Administrator I Certification (CWSA-1) from cPanel in July 2021, LiteSpeed Certification (CPLSC) from cPanel in March 2021, and cPanel Professional from cPanel in August 2019.
