VP, Marketing & Growth at BitOasis

Srinu Chowan is the VP of Marketing & Growth at BitOasis. Prior to joining BitOasis, Srinu served as the Head of Marketing at ENOC from September 2019 to May 2021. In this role, Srinu was responsible for monitoring startups like TUK and others in the Seedstars portfolio to tackle specific growth levers or the entire pirate funnel. Srinu also mentored startups under the Climate Innovation Labs supported by UN and EU.

Prior to joining ENOC, Srinu served as the Head of Growth at Luno from July 2017 to September 2019. At Luno, Srinu was responsible for driving growth by focusing on pirate metrics (AARRR). Srinu built a team of high-performing T-shaped marketers to own each of the marketing channels. Srinu focused on driving growth in three stages: identification of the growth stack, implementation of the growth stack, and rapid experimentation.

Some of Srinu's key achievements include scaling in Malaysia to be the market leader in six months from Google search and UAC campaigns, restructuring Adwords account to bring 96% account efficiency and make sure we have the highest impression share on converting keywords, and working closely with the Facebook team to whitelist LUNO. Srinu also increased the user base from 0.5Mn to 4Mn on apps and worked with the product team to drive an attractive referral program while crypto companies are blocked to advertise on platforms like Google, Linkedin, etc.

Srinu Chowan has a BTech in Computer Science from VNR Vignanajyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology and an MBA in Marketing from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY. Srinu also has two certifications from Growth Tribe, one in Rethink Business | Lead Differently (Leadership Program) and one in 12-Week Growth Hacking Immersive. Srinu has a certification from Reforge in Marketing and Growth Strategy.

Their manager is Ola Doudin, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Mika Thompson - SVP, Finance, Motaz Nofal - COO, and Daniel Robenek - CTO & Co-Founder.
