Barbara Gaillard

Barbara Gaillard has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Barbara'smost recent role was as the VP of Talent, Culture & Community at Bitpanda, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent, Culture & Community at Bitpanda from July to December 2022. From October 2021 to June 2022, Barbara was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Bitpanda.

Before joining Bitpanda, they worked at MessageBird, where they held various global roles. From May to September 2021, Barbara served as the Global Director - Talent Acquisition | Ops. Prior to that, they were the Global Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition | Talent Management | Talent Development from January 2020 to April 2021, and the Global Manager - Talent Acquisition | Talent Management from August 2018 to January 2020.

Barbara also gained experience at Booking.com, where they worked as the Recruitment Team Lead EMEA & LATAM from April 2017 to July 2018. Prior to that, they were a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA from July 2015 to March 2017.

Earlier in their career, Barbara worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Solid Professionals and Hermes | Recruitment. Barbara also spent time traveling in South-East Asia & Australia in 2014.

Barbara's career in the talent acquisition field began as a Human Resources Trainee at Booking.com in 2014. Before that, they served as an Allround Assistant at M&I/Partners, where they gained experience in HR, bureaumanagement, marketing & communication, financial administration, and executive secretariat.

Barbara Gaillard's education history includes a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from VU University Amsterdam, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same university, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013.
