Benjamin Müllner

Benjamin Müllner is a highly skilled IT security engineer and Golang development specialist with extensive experience in building scalable backend microservices and rearchitecting monolithic systems. Currently serving as a Staff IT Security Engineer at Bitpanda since March 2021, Benjamin specializes in application security and automation, while also implementing communication channels in microservices. Prior experience includes leadership roles at fiskaly, where Benjamin developed open-source SDKs, designed RESTful APIs, and ensured compliance with security certification processes. Benjamin has also contributed to epidemiological research as a software engineer at Medizinische Universität Wien, utilizing data analysis tools and managing Linux servers. Educational qualifications were obtained from Technische Universität Wien.
