Chiara Vilucchi

Chiara Vilucchi is a seasoned professional in Human Resource Management, currently serving as a People Business Partner and previously as an Employee Experience Partner, Specialist, and Employer Branding Specialist at Bitpanda since October 2019. Chiara's focus includes enhancing company culture and promoting Bitpanda as an employer of choice through various initiatives such as managing the employer brand, enriching online presence with multimedia, and leading talent acquisition campaigns. Prior to Bitpanda, Chiara gained experience as an HR Business Partner Operations Intern at T-Systems Austria and a Sourcing Intern at Lehner Executive Partners. Chiara holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Business from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business.
