Guillaume Pitrou

Guillaume Pitrou is an experienced professional in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, currently serving as Head of Total Rewards at Bitpanda since February 2022. Prior to this, Guillaume held various roles at Zalando SE, including Senior Manager of Compensation & Equity, Equity Compensation Manager, and Compensation and Benefits Senior Specialist, contributing significantly to the design and management of compensation schemes for thousands of employees. Earlier experiences include multiple positions at L'Oréal, where responsibilities spanned across compensation and benefits management in both the Luxury and Professional Product Divisions, as well as HR generalist roles at Fromageries Bel and TOTAL Deutschland GmbH. Guillaume Pitrou holds a Master’s degree in Business and Human Resource Management from NEOMA Business School and has a Bachelor's degree equivalent from Swinburne University of Technology.
