Stefan Dankovsky

Stefan Dankovsky has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Stefan is currently serving as the Director Group Finance at Bitpanda since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Lead IFRS Competence Center at Bitpanda from January 2022 to August 2022. Before joining Bitpanda, Stefan worked at Roche as a Finance Enterprise Partner from March 2021 to December 2021, and as the Head of Accounting & Logistics from October 2018 to December 2021. Stefan started their career at EY, where they worked as a Senior Assistant from September 2014 to September 2018. Stefan also gained experience at Grant Thornton Unitreu GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft as an Assistant from July 2013 to August 2014, and as an Intern from February 2013 to June 2013. Stefan completed an internship at Deloitte Österreich from April 2011 to June 2011.

Stefan Dankovsky pursued their education at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). From 2009 to 2013, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Discipline, Accounting, Tax, and Foreign Trade. Following that, they went on to attain a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Tax and Accounting from the same university, which they accomplished between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, Stefan Dankovsky obtained the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in September 2021.
