Karsten Otte is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in physics and astrophysics, holding a PhD from Leipzig University. Currently serving as Managing Partner at BOT Consulting since February 2016, Otte is also a Co-Founder of qCoat GmbH and a Mentor at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator, both roles initiated in 2019 and 2017 respectively. Additionally, Otte has been a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Leibniz Institute of Surface Engineering since January 2016, and previously held the positions of CEO & Co-Founder and R&D Director at Solarion AG from 2002 to 2015.
