Mike Ryckman is a strategic thinker and career matchmaker with a passion for numbers and helping others. They began their professional journey as a Tax Consultant at 17, honoring their grandfather's legacy in the field. With nearly a decade of experience in the contact center industry, Mike served as an Operations Manager in various organizations and successfully managed programs across multiple countries. Over the last 15 years, they excelled in sales, recruiting, and training, culminating in roles as a Senior Recruiter and Client Relationship Manager, and currently as the Director of Client Services at BITS Recruiting. Mike holds a degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Loyalist College and lives by the principles of personal growth and change.
