Bartik Pandel is a PhD candidate in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, expected to graduate in May 2025. Current positions include Treasurer of the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute (EERI) Student Chapter, Graduate Research Assistant, Survey Chair for the Graduate Student Advisory Board, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Graduate Mentor. Bartik is also a Longhorn Impact Fellowship at Texas (LIFT) Fellow at Texas McCombs School of Business and serves as a Designer for the BITSAA Leaders Fundraising Team. Previous experience includes Associate Consultant at Lewie, Staff Engineer roles at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, and various research positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, and University of Missouri-Kansas City. Bartik holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, along with training from Y Combinator's Startup School.
