Can Ulusoy

Can Ulusoy began their career in 2014 as an Inhouse Consultant and Personell Consultant at Quinkert & Esser Executive Search GmbH. In 2018, they moved to Cargonexx GmbH as a Network Management. In 2019, they joined Careerteam Group as a Junior Business Development Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Head of Growth and Co-Founder of bits&birds, where they are responsible for the conception and optimization of the performance marketing, sales and growth strategy, conducting market and competitive analyses, identification of new growth channels, conducting KPI analyses to maximize ROI, and management of a 6-person team. Can is also a Co-Founder of Entrepreneur in Residence.

Can Ulusoy received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance from the University of Hamburg in 2016. Can continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Management & Marketing in 2019.
