Lukas Messelhäuser

Lukas Messelhäuser has over 15 years of work experience in various industries. Lukas started their career in 2004 as an intern at Hubert Burda Media in Human Resources Development & Recruiting. In 2006, they moved to Singapore to intern at Siemens Pte. Ltd. as a Sales & After Sales Services intern. In 2007, they returned to Germany to work as a Recruiting & Logistics intern at Bodensee Radweg Service GmbH. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at ProPers AG as an HR & Placement Service Manager. In 2013, they moved to reANGEL as a Human Resources & Business Development Manager. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at CareerTeam as a Director Consulting & Headhunter and a Senior HR Consultant & Project Manager. In 2018, they joined Wunder Mobility as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In 2019, they took a sabbatical before joining Tchibo as an Active Recruiting Manager (Interim). Currently, they are the Head of Recruiting & Operations and Co-Founder at bits&birds GmbH, a new digital executive search connecting companies and people in the European digital ecosystem.

Lukas Messelhäuser has studied Business Administration at HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung, The University of Queensland, and Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences. Lukas also holds a certification from Camosun College in Victoria, BC Canada.
