Nele Pohl

Nele Pohl is an experienced Associate Recruiting Specialist with a background in recruitment and human resources. At bits&birds from October 2023 to December 2023, Nele supported candidates throughout the end-to-end recruiting process, engaged in active sourcing, facilitated candidate communications, and prepared interview materials. Previously, Nele worked as a Praktikantin im Personalwesen at Novelis from February 2022 to May 2022, where responsibilities included assisting with the selection process for interns and trainees, managing applications, conducting interviews, and supporting daily HR operations. Nele is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology at Hochschule Harz, with an expected graduation in 2024.
