Thies Hinderer

Thies Hinderer has worked in various roles since 2012. Thies began their career as a Salesman at Tom Tailor in 2012. In 2016, they took on the role of Barkeeper at Tapas Und Co. In 2017, they joined CareerTeam as a Junior HR Consultant and was later promoted to HR Consultant. In 2020, they joined bits&birds as a Recruiting Expert, and was later promoted to Senior Recruiting Expert and Chapter Lead Recruiting.

Thies Hinderer has a diverse educational background. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the University of Vechta, where they earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master of Science in Business Psychology at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and is expected to complete the program in 2021.
