Eugene Geis

Eugene Geis is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in both academia and industry. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science and Research at Bitscopic since May 2021, Eugene has previously held the position of Director of Data Science at Deluxe, where notable work included developing machine learning solutions for optimizing financial marketing strategies and creating various data products. Eugene's academic background includes a PhD in Educational Statistics and Research Methods from Rutgers University and a PhD in Experimental Nuclear Physics from Arizona State University. Additional experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Associate at Rutgers University, Predictive Modeler at Plymouth Rock Assurance, and contributions to research at MIT on nucleon electromagnetic properties.
